Dinner on Stage of Fox

Set directly on the stage of the renowned Fox Theatre in Midtown Atlanta, we took this group’s anniversary awards dinner for 240 guests to the next level. Guests were greeted with their logo and a welcome message on the marquis along Peachtree Street before enjoying a cocktail reception in the ballroom spaces. Customized docent-led tours throughout the facility provided the group with historical knowledge of the fabulous theater. Guests were then led to a seated and served three-course dinner served on directly on the infamous stage that is taken by so many great talents and artists.

Dinner with the Dinosaurs

This group of 200 guests was treated to a seated dinner and awards program at tables arranged beneath the feet of the life-size dinosaurs in the Great Hall of the Fernbank Museum of Natural History. Elements of fern and river rocks coupled with vessels inspired by nature and luxurious, textured linens gave this event an elegant yet approachable vibe. A lighting package enhanced the existing beauty of the space, adding dimension and interest as the evening unfolded.

Southern Garden Party

The Southern Garden Party theme of this welcome evening brought the greenery of Atlanta outdoors in for this group of 700 guests. A modern, branded focal bar anchored the space, while a combination of traditional cocktail rounds dressed with updated southern floral and wooden communal tables topped with lanterns offered spots for guests to conversate and dine. Southern greeters, an oversized game of chess and a “front porch”-inspired selfie station added interactive elements to the welcome evening, all while enhancing the Southern Garden Party theme.

Walk Like An Egyptian

A grand finale event for a group of 700 guests paid homage to this ballroom’s namesake, using jewel-toned cabanas, Egyptian market food stations, interactive entertainment and a little bit of sparkle to create a fully themed evening of fun. Henna tattoo artists, tarot card readers and belly dancers engaged the crowd, making this an Egyptian night to remember.

Modern County Fair

This event challenged our team to transform a giant, empty convention hall into an updated, colorful and high-energy county fair for over 3,000 guests. Interesting vignettes were set throughout the space to encourage guests to mix and mingle – areas of barrel highboy tables and rounds dressed in brightly colored custom linens, interactive Midway-style gaming areas with giveaways, and even a beer garden with cornhole, giant Jenga and Connect Four. Entertainment set the vibe throughout the night, with multiple stage locations – a mainstage complimented by auxiliary performances by break-dancers, jump rope performances and even a beat box master. Guests could also participate ten guests at a time at a giant sing along station.

Sip + Sea at the Georgia Aquarium

A combination of lighted elements, white furniture accented with pops of orange and a focal bar embellished by fabric jellyfish added to the aquatic vibe in the Oceans Ballroom of the Georgia Aquarium, located in downtown Atlanta. Each viewing window was set with lounge groupings, providing an area for guests to sit, chat and enjoy a private viewing into the tanks with the playful belugas and massive whale sharks. Guests could enjoy the sounds of the DJ at an assortment of seating options – traditional seating, mixed with highboys, lounge furniture and tall communal tables.
