We have a dedicated transportation department helmed by Garry Rainey, who has been managing Presenting Atlanta’s transportation for over 28 years. Our full time dedicated transportation department means your program gets the proper attention it deserves. Every route is pre-planned with back ups in place – we are a well-oiled logistical machine because we know how a smooth transfer can make or break an attendee’s experience.

Dog sled, anyone?

Our hosts can welcome visitors in the appropriate language and in the staff attire you desire, from tuxedos to logo golf shirts with black slacks. We can track flights and manage arrival and departure manifests, tend to your guests’ baggage, and all while staying in constant radio or cell phone contact with you.
